We will respond to legitimate requests to remove content from Cogniac’s Services under applicable laws and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Cogniac also retains the right to remove user content that we deem to be infringing the copyrights of others.
Please be advised that you may be liable for damages if you misrepresent that content or activity is infringing. Fair use should also be taken into consideration. You may want to consult an attorney before taking any action pursuant to copyright infringement or the DMCA.

Cogniac’s copyright policy includes restricting and/or closing the accounts of users we identify as repeat infringers. We apply this policy at our discretion.
